1.2 Currency: All refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
1.3 Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible. If not possible, we reserve the right to choose an alternative refund method.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
2.1 Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the purchase.
2.2 Unused Content: Refunds are only available for unused game content, unopened in-game items, or services that have not been availed.
2.3 Technical Issues: Refunds may be issued if a game or service is non-functional due to technical issues on our end, and we are unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe.
2.4 Subscription Services: For subscription-based services, refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription period.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
3.1 The following purchases are generally non-refundable: a) Virtual currency once it has been added to the user's account b) In-game items that have been used or opened c) Downloadable content (DLC) that has been accessed or downloaded d) Games or services where the user has exceeded two hours of playtime e) Accounts that have been banned or suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service
4. REFUND PROCESS
4.1 Submission: To request a refund, users must submit a refund request through our customer support portal at [support.voxtriangle.com].
4.2 Required Information: The refund request must include: a) User's full name and account details b) Date of purchase c) Item(s) for which a refund is requested d) Reason for the refund request
4.3 Processing Time: We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days of receipt.
4.4 Approval: All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our support team.
5. REFUND METHODS
5.1 Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase when possible.
5.2 Alternative Methods: In cases where refund to the original payment method is not possible, refunds may be issued as: a) Website credit b) Bank transfer (for amounts exceeding INR 5000)
5.3 Processing Time: Once approved, refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in the user's account, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
6. LIMITATIONS
6.1 Frequency: Users are limited to 3 refund requests within a 30-day period to prevent abuse of the refund system.
6.2 Maximum Amount: The maximum refund amount per transaction is INR 10,000, unless otherwise required by law.
6.3 Promotional Content: Items received for free, as part of a bundle, or through promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.
7. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
7.1 Unauthorized Transactions: In cases of unauthorized transactions, users must notify us immediately. Such cases will be handled on a priority basis and may be subject to additional verification processes.
7.2 Service Discontinuation: If we discontinue a service or game, pro-rated refunds may be issued for unused subscription periods or recently purchased content.
8. TAXES AND FEES
8.1 Taxes: Any taxes applied to the original purchase (such as GST) will be included in the refund amount.
8.2 Processing Fees: We reserve the right to deduct a processing fee of up to 2% of the refund amount to cover transaction costs.
9. ABUSE OF REFUND POLICY
9.1 We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if we suspect abuse of this policy, including but not limited to frequent refund requests or attempts to exploit the refund system.
9.2 Users found abusing the refund system may face account suspension or termination.
